Drawing from her professional clinical work and lived experience with trauma, addiction, and long-term sobriety, Amy blends psychological insight with biblical truth in a grounded, compassionate way. She is passionate about helping women unlearn false beliefs, break survival patterns, and rebuild their lives on a foundation of truth and wholeness.
